still ...... Tiramisu!

Here is a new version of tiramisu cake in the form of: I used the circle of twenty centimeters and having settled on the bottom of the Chocolate giuanduia (previously dissolved in a water bath) with the cookies "digestive" I placed the biscuits crumbs alternately with the cream for 3 laps to finish up and level with the remaining cream.








here Ciccolo plastic roses that I had already prepared a few days in advance of the cake, the recipe I used is this :
100 gr.
15 grams of chocolate. sugar syrup
30 gr. glucose
