Tiramisu '
The Tiramusù has always been my favorite dessert, this time I wanted to try the recipe view Blog Sandrina and I must say it came really good ... the only difficulty was to cut the slices. The base is composed of a double boiler and melted chocolate digestive biscuit crumbs (made then harden), then it remains a rigid base of chocolate, good but a bit 'too hard, maybe be a bit' thinner.
