This cake was ordered by a woman after having seen and tasted the cake snowflake. It 'been very satisfying for you remake it at St. Nicholas.
In the province of Trieste, in the province of Belluno and in the whole Alto Adige is a celebration deeply rooted in tradition, the children write a letter to Saint Nicholas who leave on the kitchen table the next morning and found the table with tangerines, cookies , chocolate, almond and gifts for kids but a bit 'scamps you put a piece of coal, which now is made of sugar.
